PURE COUNTRY 97.1 FM & 800 AM WSVS "OFFICIAL" CONTEST RULES

In order to give all of our listeners a fair chance of winning,

 the following general terms and conditions apply to 

all contests on WSVS, aka "Pure Country 97.1 FM & 800 AM"

1. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning. 

After 30 days all unclaimed prizes 

will become the sole property of WSVS.

2. All prizes must be claimed by the winner 

unless other arrangements with WSVS management

have been made ahead of time. 

3. Proper identification (Picture ID) will be requested 

and required upon receipt of prizes.

4. WSVS, Gee Communications, Inc., associated clients or 

agents  does not in any way imply or give any guarantees 

or warranties to prizes whatsoever. 

5. Under no circumstances shall WSVS, Gee Communications, Inc., associated clients or agents be held liable for any damage for loss suffered by any party as a result of any said prizes given.

6.  Prizes cannot be exchanged and 

are not redeemable for cash.

7. Prize winners will be responsible for any and all taxes and gratuities, if any,  associated with any prizes given.

8. If it is discovered that prize winners have used or attempted 

to use more than one name or an alias name in order to win, 

WSVS and Gee Communications, Inc. reserves the right to forfeit and revoke prizes.

9. Employees of WSVS and Gee Communications, Inc., including their immediate family members, are not allowed to enter our contests.

10.  WSVS is not responsible for any lost calls or any other telephone malfunctions during a contest.
